Since the opening of MLBK (2012), Chef and butcher Carlos Siedekum has been a fundamental professional in the history of the house. Born on the Marcondes Line, a farmhouse in Santa Maria do Herval in Rio Grande do Sul, Carlos chose Gramado 35 years ago in search of a better life, with more knowledge, and here he built his family with his wife Marilene and
son Maurício.With his talent and professionalism, he contributed to the construction of MLBK's gastronomic identity. His discipline and tireless dedication have brought MLBK so far, and he is a reference in Gramado.
